Asst. Exec. Chef/Kitchen Supervisor

Job description

 Supervises, coordinates, and participates in activities of cooks and other kitchen

personnel engaged in preparing and cooking foods in restaurant.

 Establishment estimates food consumption, and requisitions or purchases

foodstuffs.

 Receives and examines foodstuffs and supplies to ensure quality and quantity

meet established standards and specifications.

 Supervises personnel engaged in preparing, cooking, and serving meats, sauces,

vegetables, soups, and other foods.

 Cooks or otherwise prepares food according to recipe.

Job requirements

 Language Skills:

 Arabic : Mother Tongue

 English: Fair command of written and spoken

 Computer Skills:

 PC skills including Excel .

 Other Skills:

 Solid organizational and supervisory skills

 Knowledge of food safety issues

 Problem Solving and Decision Making Skills .

 Energetic, creative, Committed, Self Dependant, Team Player, customer mania driven
