Product & Business Development Manager

Job description

  • Sourcing new products

• Visiting and evaluate all competitors in market

• Enhancing Lebanese Roaster listing fees, rebate and discount

• Increasing suppliers and data basis

• Arrange with supplier all customer requirements

• Communicate and coordinate with procurement/logistics for import products partially

• Coordinate with finances for supplier’s payment and make sure all suppliers are active

• Arrange with W/H team for any items required or out of stock

• Maintain inventory accuracy working with retail store • Forecast, Plan and Develop • Maintain inventory by implementing purchasing plans and staying in contact with vendors and shippers • Research the market and analyze products movement and make suggestions for new products line


Job requirements

  • Understanding of marketing principles & retail required in UAE
  • Related experience in same role is an advantage

• 10 years of experience in UAE market and regulation

• Previous experience in Carrefour, Spinneys and other UAE Roastery Shop is required

* Can communicate both in English & Arabic Language

* Driving license preferred
