Job description

  • Ensure that manufacturing processes run reliably and efficiently, planning and organizing production schedules
  • Plan and delivery supply
    • Coordinate with sales manager, operation and sourcing
    • Developing and implementing measurement system
    • Planning and organizing production schedules
    • Overseeing production processes
    • Selecting, requesting materials
    • Supervising the work with staff and helper
    • Organizing relevant training sessions
    • Ensuring and working with QC
    • Maintaining the daily wastage and cost volume
    • Coordinate with all department for new SKUs and development
    • Ensure all equipment/ materials are clean and working in proper way

Job requirements

Related 5-10 years work experience for as Production Manager in Roastery Industry 

Understand the process and procedure in Production site

Has strong leadership skills

Has deep understanding on Production Machines, equipment, process and procedure

Can communicate both in English and Arablic Language
